Caring for Your Pool: Getting Started

Pool care with PoolNaturally^® is easy. Once the dispenser is installed, monthly replacement of PoolNaturally refills is all the attention the PoolNaturally system itself requires. When you start to use PoolNaturally, you can decrease the amount of the chemicals in the pool by 50% immediately while continuing to do standard water testing.

Pool Care: Further Reducing Chemicals

After several weeks with PoolNaturally conditioning the pool water, you can reduce chemicals by an additional 50%. Continue regular water quality testing for the next several days. If the water quality is satisfactory, you can implement further chemical reductions, based on personal preferences, as long as chlorine readings are approximately 2.0 ppm.

Monthly Pool Care

Regular monthly changes of the PoolNaturally refill are accomplished by closing the valves to the dispenser, disconnecting the inflow hose from the top of the dispenser (using the quick disconnect fixture), screwing off the dispenser top, removing the past months inserts, and adding new PoolNaturally refills as stated on the dosage charts for the PoolNaturally system..

Backwashing, Super-chlorinating or Shocking

When backwashing, super-chlorinating or shocking, turn off the valves to the PoolNaturally system until maintenance is complete and/or sanitizer levels return to normal.

Pool Care: Winterizing

In cooler climates, use standard winterizing procedures and remove all water and PoolNaturally refills from the dispenser.
